I am deeply upset at the unprofessional and extremely poor service provision at your store from ONE specific stylist. My visit to your store was unpleasant and uncomfortable; and this experience has left me feeling despondent. I arrived several minutes late for my appointment and was faced with a rude and obnoxious stylist that continued to display her irritation at my tardiness throughout my style. I was not given an opportunity to apologise before she scolded at me; and to add to the miserable experience she displayed limited etiquette to fellow employees. As a professional I feel the need to express that Jessica was highly unprofessional in this manner and could have dealt with the situation better.
