BAD SERVICE &

To whom it may concern I'm disgusted by there service I was 10min late for an appointment and coming all he way from Durbanville. They dint even bother to contact me as they have my contact details unprofessional for a professional hairdresser they just accepted another client and when I got to the store it was just a plain and simple sorry we got another client, the stylist Paula didn't even come forward its probably because we colored and its a white concern there reaction was so by the way.

I buy all my hair products by there store and the way I feel i should not support the salon no longer and definitely not going to refer client to an unprofessional salon supposed to be V&A Waterfront.

Up till today i sent them an email to complain they still haven't sent a response nothing.
