Completely unacceptable

I absolutely love Carlton Cavendish and the service I get from the staff, its professional but yet laid back and I walk out of the salon feeling like a million dollars. I was in Pretoria attending a function and having such great confidence in Carlton I made an app at the centurion branch but I specified that I wanted a senior stylist to do my hair as I didn't have the time for any mistakes. They said my scalp was dry and recommended a dry scalp treatment which costed me R200 in addition to that I paid R180 for a bunch of appi's to do my hair, they have absolutely NO idea how to even start blow drying my hair, I tried explaining to the girl with the blonde and pink hair how to blow my hair, but instead of trying it, she rolled her eyes and continued blow drying it like she had done before. I have never in my life seen such disgusting and pathetic customer service. They should train the staff properly before giving them a senior stylist title. It is absolutely appalling that I paid R400 for something my 4yr old daughter could've done. I will definately be telling my friends about my bad service. For a top Hair Salon this was unnaceptable.
