HAIRMARE!! by David@ hyde park!

I am absolutely outraged by the outcome of my hair visit to CARLTON HAIR, HYDE PARK!! DAVID, store manager/owner is too busy trying to run the store to actually give you the time of day to discuss or LISTEN to what you want to have done. You are treated as a number that is dealt with as quickly as possible and shoved out the door as quickly as possible after milking you as best they can! Its disgusting!! David is supposed to be a reputable stylist??? - or so I thought? On having my hair done () it certainly didn't look as if a Senior stylist had done the job - but rather the work of an individual that didn't give rocks for what he was doing. My hair was completely manhandled! I said I only wanted a trim and he HACKED off 5cm's in an uneven line AND cut this ridiculous inconsistent layer into my hair half way up my head- which I had not asked for or given him permission to do! I have a feeling he did this to hide the fact that he had broken my hair off during the coloring process - which was another disaster. I HAD long blonde hair that he put revolting black streaks into and the color is streaky and blotchy :( This stuff up cost just under R2000 :(
