Salon on Grant - AVOID & DO NOT ENTER!

Groupon voucher October 2013 for a cut, colour & blow dry at Salon on Grant.

The owner of the salon tells me before my appointment the stylist working at the salon was very good & is in the "Book of Guinness".

On the day of my appointment the stylist who was to style my hair, did not... instead a "stylist? " who works at the salon, happened to go in on her day off to have her hair done and was asked to do my hair (with foils already in her hair) - professionalism?

An inexperienced tea lady come apprentice? starts to apply the colour on top & leaves the bottom untouched no worry will be back later... new technique perhaps? Then I'm left under infra red lights which felt like hours & hours - twilight zone! Wash out tint...

Then I should've ran out with fear of what was to happen next... the stylist (picture the scene)... combs my hair up and cuts straight across & repeats the same action again & again - by this time I'm so bewildered to what is happening - I felt like a deer looking straight at a car's headlights coming towards them. To end off, blow dries my hair in a style suited for woman aged 65 would die for & envy. Not worth the money!
