Olympus post office the worst service

My postbox was recently blocked as I failed to renew it as I was unaware that the year was up and had recieved no notice or email that it had expired.
I paid the yearly fee as well as the extra R20 penalty
It has now been 3 weeks since I paid and my postbox is still blocked. When I query it, they say that only the sorters have access to the postboxes to unblock them.
They come once per day. So when my postbox will be unblocked I don't know! Its very poor service! My postbox should have been unblocked the day after I paid!
