2 Kwikot Plumbers No Solution - Ducking Diving

A Kwikot heat pump failed for a Guesthouse Two electricians unable to resolve the problem saying it was the Monitor Controller
I emailed/ called Kwikot setting out the problem as resorted to me by the electricians warning them that it was the monitor.
They sent Kwikot "Plumber" 80Km away without proper equipment to do any diagnostic on the device
They had to take away the monitor and PC board terminal block ;for testing. They said they would return with the correct equipment
A new plumber from Quikot arrived also without the right extension or monitor so he too was unable and unwilling to do anything about the problem.
He was determined to find a reason why they should not even be onsite in the first place as the warranty. he said, of the device had been voided when the device had been opened and a extension fitted. to enable the monitor to be controlled from inside the house. I explained to him that there was no way a block that fits on the board could be pulled through 30m conduit. Solution monitor was being plugged into wrong fitting. Kwikot plumber refuseds to return specialized block or answer my call Kwikot = incompetent. Heat pump still broken 2 weeks late
