SA Post Office

I sent a parcel for overnight delivery to Derby on the 22nd of April, I phoned into your call centre this morning and was told that it is ready for collection, WOW i was surprised... The recipient goes to the designated Post box and finds NOTHING, tell me one thing why did I pay for overnight when I might as well have taken the packege there myself? I am utterly disgusted in your call centre and not to mention their attitudes, I would love to have my money back for the disgusting service
