I HAD RECENTLY SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT RE MY LATE PARCEL FROM SAPO, I GOT A SPEEDY RESPONSE GIVING ME MY NEW SA TRACKING NUMBERS AND A NUMBER TO CALL, FIRSTLY HOW WOULD I EVER HAVE KNOW THE NEW NUMBERS OR THE PEOPLE TO CONTACT HAD I NOT COMPLAINED AS I NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING IN THE POST, AND SECONDLY WHEN I CALL THE NUMBER ITS CUSTOMS, TELLING ME I NEED TO SUBMIT A PROOF OF PURCHASE AS MY PARCEL HAS BEEN IN THE HUB SINCE 26 MARCH, HOW WOULD I EVER HAVE KNOWN ANY OF THIS INFO HAD I NOT COMPLAINED, I COULD HAVE HAD MY PARCEL LONG AGO HAD SOMEONE ASKED ME TO SUBMIT PROOF OF PURCHASE. AND THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF CUSTOMS TELLS ME THAT THEY ARE SOOOOOO BUSY THAT MY FORM WILL ONLY BE LOOKED AT IN ABOUT A WEEKS TIME AND THEN THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME, WHO KNOWS HOW MUCH LONGER THIS PROCESS WILL TAKE, IVE LOST ALL HOPE AND PATIENCE.
