My phone's speaker is broken therefore I cannot take calls and if I do I struggle to hear person speaking on other end. I received numerous calls from one number and phoned it now to confirm who is calling me and explained to lady who answered that i received numerous calls from this number but cannot communicate on my phone so I am following up. She immediately asked for my ID number. Told her i am not going to give it to her. She needs to confirm who she is. Said ARA. Asked her to explain seeing as I am not familiar with such company. She told me they are debt recovery company. Provided my ID number where after she asked me to Hold on and transferred me to another line where after I was cut off. Phoned again but no one answered the phone. I have no idea why you guys phoned me... Just know that you are very unprofessional!!!
