Bad service & poor response

We bought engine degreaser from this company. at first it worked amazingly. the second batch the supplied us with no permission does not work at all. it doesnt even give a tingle. its completely unprofessional of them not to answer the telephones. and the office number does not work. its invalid. i suggest that this company must step up and do as they promise to their customer. and i can tell you now that they wont correspond to this complaint.

They even told me that my order got mixed up with someone else's order.

I've paid a lot for this so called degreaser and they dont even care about losing customers.
