Very Dissapointed

What a struggle to get some assistance from their company.
I have been emailing for quotes, even other people tried, the first enquiry for a quote was responded to so unprofessional that I thought by myself if they are even worth the complaint?
All consumers need to know about companies like this so they are worth complaining about.
No professionalism no communication and absolute no positive feedback given.
This reflects very bad on your so called company and I want to suggest you either get more staff to assist when business is given to you or please just communicate by saying you don't do small orders.
If my order is too small then stipulate it somewhere...
I will never suggest your company to anyone else.
When I first placed an order with you it was also not done professionally and I ended up paying for reprints, if it was not for the other partnered company I would have never had any prints for my wedding, still you thought it was better to go home that day and shift my stuff over to someone else. Nice! Second attempt, your company has not proofed me wrong at all.
