Jetmaster
A waste of time

I contacted Jetmaster in the week because I needed the chimney on my roof seen to. It has been raining badly and there is a terrible leak in the chimney. The lady I spoke to said that they would come out today at 1 o'clock.By 2, no one had pitched up. Only by 7 the evening did she phone me to say that it had slipped her mind. Really. Do you not have computerized logs of the clients you need to see! She just brushed it off as if it was a little mishap, and when I asked her for the next convenient date that I would be available, I was told it wasn't possible. I told her that I will rather go try and get someone else to look at the problem, because with shoddy service like this, I don't have time to waste by hoping someone will pitch on time! JetMaster was a total waste of time and their customer service was reprehensible. An utterly useless company that isn't willing to go the extra mile.
