Shocking sevice and very bad attitude!

I went in to the Canal Walk Jetmaster store on Monday the 21-10-2013. I went through their book and saw a braai I like and I asked what the price was. The guy told me R2000 I then asked him to please order it for me and how long it would take I was told it would arrive that Wednesday the 23-10-2013. My fiances birthday was on Monday (28-10-2013) today is the 31-10-2013 and STILL NO BRAAI.

When I went to ask how long it would still take i was told "your getting the braai for only R2000 (indicating that I got it at a discounted price which I didn't even asked for) so you can wait till we call you to say the braai is here" I'm so disgusted in Jetmaster even after 3 calls to their head office in Johannesburg I still have had no reply just to wait till they call me.

If i haven't paid the full amount already I would never ever have gone back to that shop. i just realy don't understand how this can be their attetude when I was the one that had to feel like a fool while my Fiance opend all his presents and i had to say that I dont know when I will be getting his present!
This is not the way to treat people who's houses are full of Jetmaster products.
