Jetmaster
No service

I have a jetmaster indoor braai and phoned jetmaster menlyn to get them to come service and repair it as its seems to have developed a block. I was told that they have a person that services and repairs for them and was given the name and number. After trying get hold of the guy on a few occasions I managed to speak to him. He said he would come back with time that he could make it. About a week and half later he phoned and said he be there next day. Well next day came and went and no person and no call to say what happened. Its been about 3 weeks now. I don't believe i need to chase after a so called reputable company to get service which to me is non existent. I am now at the point where jetmaster is a bad expensive buy as you cannot get service when needed and recommend that one buy something cheaper and when its time is up replace it rather than have frustration with an expensive piece of equipment that cannot be repaired. Bush baby braai here I come.
