Worst Service Ever!!

Never ever in my life have i had such pathetic service. Seriously do the post offices keep my parcel for weeks before they decide to eventually send it!!! Is there a point in having a parcel tracking number wen there's absolutely no information whatsoever on where your parcel is. since its taken more than a week of "in transit" from Germiston to Benoni, Really so much for fast speedy service. Disgusted at the service, You've lost a customer that's for sure!!!
