Stay away from this company

Called for a quote on repairing a hole in the chimney of my Jetmaster fireplace . they installed a much narrower chimney so there is a big step where the size changes from the old circumference to the new smaller One. The chimney has been put in crooked as it now fits into a larger hole as it goes into the ceiling. They stuffed the hole with part of the fire blanket and just painted it black.' have tried to get a tax invoice from them but they play dumb and just say they are looking for the correspondence . there was none! Louise the owner / manager, will not even answer my calls. I just want a tax number... l know that I will never get the mess fixed with this company... Just want to make sure that no one else uses them. was taken for a ride. l live overseas and the house has been sold so it doesn't effect me in the long run except I have bought 2 new houses to put in fireplaces. only have an international phone number or email address active
