Insured parcel missing, no response

I posted an iPhone 4 on 1 Feb 2013, insured it for R5000, paid R100 for the insurance. It did not arrive at its destination, has now disappeared. I lodged a "Enquir regarding a missing or damaged postal article" form on 1 March 2013. I also gave them a quote from Pricecheck indicating the cost of the phone. Yet, I am not getting any response from the post Office, they have no procedure to refund me. I have spoken to Mr Beukes, branch manager at Houghton Post Office as well as Boiki in the branch, have been there 5 times. This is!
