SA Post Office
Post Office is useless

I posted an urgent package on Friday 10th May 2013 at the Moderfontein Post Office. I was assured that by paying R249.80 the recipient would receive it by Tuesday morning. It is now Thursday 16th and this parcel is still drifting around the countryside. Sisiso was contacted by Modderfontein Post office and was asked to find out what was happening and to let me know. Needless to say I am still waiting to hear from him. The customers event has been and gone and I am out of pocket for the postage and the missing goods. WELL DONE SA Postal services maybe this article will elicit some response. (I wont hold my breath)
