SA Post Office
Bridal Fabric delivered to wrong address!!!

I paid and insured for my bridal fabric to be sent from the tableview post office to the Platinum Mall Post Office in Brits. The parcel (although I wrote BRITS in large letters on the envelope) has found its way to the Rustenburg Post Office, a place that NEVER answers its telephone and which is more than 70 km away from the intended destination... How do I retrieve my parcel and get it sent to my dressmaker in BRITS?? I will never find this fabric again, so even though its insured I would rather not lose it.. and its VERY urgent that I get it to her... feel helpless as NOBODY appears to like answering the phone in the SA Post Office system... Do the people who deliver the parcels not read the address on them??
