12 months waiting periods for powe

This is to express how pathetic is Eskom service when it come to thenm installing electricity. we applied for power in June 2011 but nothing has been done as yet, they keep of blaming the contractor that is contracted to Eskom . we were given numerous reference number and numerours promise for their superiors to contact back with the feedback but nothing happend at all ref 87781958 and 87781927 just to name the few recent one. IT ill go to the second year this JUNE 2013 without POWER installation. How do they explain that to the fellow rural area woman. Houses that were built after this one have poor or it depends to how deep your pockets are. EXTREMELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS SERVICE RENDERED
