Still no website

Good day,

I have resorted to Hello Peter as I have not seen delivery of ANY of the promises I was made by the rep and when I tried to contact the branch there was no answer.

In August I signed a contract with Nizaam Mohammed for website with Google clicks. I was told this would take about 2 weeks maximum to be up an running. Payments have come off since 4 September with no delivery. Every few days/weeks he phones me telling me it will be sorted out by the end of the day.

Last week I informed him that I will be having the contract rescinded for non delivery/performance and again was promised that it would be sorted out.

Needless to say our site is still not running.

Kindly have somebody contact me who is able to assist with cancellation/rescission of this contract and reimbursement of all funds paid over thus far.
