Unauthorized and illegal salary deductions

I have been employed as a temp by Kelly on a call centre assignment for the past 8 months.
During this time at various occasions I have had issues with unauthorised deductions from my salary being effected by Kelly.

The latest issue involves alleged overpayment I received, but which on closer inspection was innacurate. They tried to have me sign an acknowledgement of debt so that they can deduct the alleged amount from my salary. However, I refused to sign the acknowledgement of debt as according to my calculations there was indeed no overpayment made.

Kelly however, went ahead and deducted this amount from my salary nonetheless. This is illegal as I did not sign any documentation permitting them to do so. In addition, I was indeed not even aware that this deduction was to take place.

Trying to get resolution to this matter has proven to be a very frustrating process. I have all my documentation in order, with the exception of the relevant payslips as Kelly stopped providing those. However, when I finally did obtain the said payslips, they only served to further confuse the matter.

I intend to pursue the matter through legal means if that would prove necessary.
