Very bad repetitive service

I have contracted Eldoraigne pool labs to do the monthly maintenance on my pool. Since the start, I only had troubles. I have spend money on everything they suggested to replace and still my pool is green. They always leave the premises untidy and do not secure my pool net and complaining does not help anymore
