Worst Service Eve

Worst panelbeater service ever. Had to pay my excess upfront before they would even order the parts. They couldn't seem to keep track of the fact that i had paid the excess. Took them a month to fix the hail damage and the only reason i got my car back was because i had their courtesy car, which didn't have any petrol when they gave it to me. Very rude service from the men there and never ever wanting to give a timeline of how long it would be till i got my car back. When i was finally able to pick it up, only because they had booked the courtesy car for someone else, they were drinking when i got there, which is what it looked like they were doing while fixing my car. There was still a dent in the car from the hail damage, scratches on the side of my car that were not there when i dropped it off. the paint job was so obvious, my poor car really did not look good. And then i get asked "how are you going to pay the excess? " The excess that was paid in November already. Shocking service and i will never let them touch my car ever again.
