Deplorable After Sales Service

Word of advice to the public, NEVER EVER buy Tevo products. They do not know what after sales service is. They keep claiming their products are the best and will NEVER fail you yet when the product FAILS you they can never help. they have a bad and dont care attitude towards the customer. i complained about a faulty EVERLOC product 18 months ago nothing was done. few months after complaining and getting no joy i happene to bump into the rep at Game Lenasia he took down my details and guess what? GONE WITH THE WIND. he is also nowhere to be found to date. 3 weeks ago i get hold of Farhaad and guess what BINGO (still no joy) it see like Chralton Arthur, ALister Ayres, Simphiwe Sithole & Ludorf klaasen just wait for their pay cheques at the end of every month and they could not care less about the customer. Farhaad claims these guys are senior and will sort my issue out but no luck till now. i will make apoint of soon dropping all the tevo products i own in front of their door in the jhb office. thats a number of vac bags, 2 everlocs sets etc. they can keep it or donate it to charity. i will NOTbuy a product where there is no customr service.
