Disgusting customer service

They are terrible for private customers such as myself who ordered a birthday cake for my 3 year old son. I emailed them to order the cake and I agreed to their quotation which was misquoted by the way, but I still agreed to pay the 50% deposit for the higher quote. I also told them I will pick up the cake at 12:00 mid-day for the party at 2:30pm on Saturday. Unfortunately, I got delayed at the party venue and only arrived at the gate at 13:15 at which time I saw employees going out and a guy closing the gate immediately when he saw me approaching and run inside!! He didn't entertain me at all. I called their office only to be greeted by a voice mail instructing private customers to only call during working hours and only accepting private messages from companies!!! There was no emergency number to call to. Nor did they call me to let me know that they are closing! When I confronted them today, they apologized but refused to give me the cake unless i pay in full, nor will they pay me back my deposit! And they absolutely don't want to hear about my suggestion of providing emergency numbers or send customers working hours when they quote us!
