SA Post Office
Poor service

This morning my (pregnant) wife stood in a 30 minute queue (with our 2 year old in her arms) to send a post order from Wierdapark Post Office. When she finally reached the front the clerk told her that she can't find the forms and that the system is down anyway so my wife must try again tomorrow.

I've had a fallout with management at this branch before and this incident confirms that there are serious problems at this branch. Management is rude, ground staff are unhelpful and clueless and the "system" is always in some sort of disarray.
