Ude and insulting

I went to pick my parcel from the shallcross post office in Durban. I had a tracking number but no slip. I gave the clerk the number and he said the parcel was in transit. I knew it was sent five days ago so I asked him to check if he had it because post office tracking system was wrong a few times in past. the other ladies that worked there used to check for me physically and sometimes my parcels had arrived. he refused because there was too much post. he then said he was doing me a favour by checking the system.he said I was not his boss and didn't pay his salary. eventually he checked for my parcel.it took him two minutes to say its not there.he told me he had so much problems that getting fired was just another issue he will add to the list. today I received the collection slip dated the same day I went to get my parcel. the post office is sending me a notice to collect on a certain day and the same day when I go to the post office the clerk says its in transit. he was so rude.previously I went to collect a parcel at this branch with a slip and the clerk took the slip and said I already collected it.two days later I get a reminder to collect my parcel.terrible service
