SA Post Office
What service???

This morning my wife went to Westgate Post Office to collect 2 parcels that was sent to us via Speed Service Couriers. After waiting in the que for half an hour (with our 3 week old baby) she got to the front where she was told sorry they busy with new system and training staff, she can not be assisted!! Was told she must come back tomorrow? I phoned the Westgate Post office and Mpuse who said she is in charge said my wife did not wait half an hour, making my wife to be a! I lodged complaint with number 0860 111 502, spoke to Jonothan Matjila who was to come back to me. Jonathan kept his word, spoke to Mpuse but she will not deliver the parcles to my home address as requested. Why not? I got reference number HD1894243 and need the 2 parcels delivered to my house today. Tracking numbers TA743904373ZA as well as TA576039305ZA. The "service" from Westgate Post office shocking, how can you make a lady wait half an hour and then tell her to come back tomorrow and close the doors? I want my parcels delivered to my home address today 13/02/2013. My wife wasted her time with our 3 week old baby and this is not acceptable. I want my items today as well as action taken against Mpuse
