Worcester Post Office extremely rude staff

I am waiting for a very important package for my correspondence studies. The collage assured me that the package was sent on Friday 25.10.2013, I have been phoning the Worcester post office since 08:30 this morning and the only response i get is that nothing is on the system so they cant help me. The Manager is rude and condescending acting like to help me is the most inconvenient thing in his day. His attitude over the phone is appalling telling me that for his to "leave is work and go and look in the post box is a huge problem." My advise for people in future send you post to the branch in the Mountain Mill Mall, as they give a better service. I am so disgusted with this man's service it makes me sick.
