DAMAGED GOODS

I bought a coffee table and xchairs at the Menlyn branch and they were delivered. the coffee table had scratches when i opened it and the screws do not hold at the table drawers. I have spoken to three people at G & R but no action has been taken. The attitude i am reciveing is that the goods have been delivered and there is nothing they can do about it. I didnt expect such kind of service from this type of organisation as they always preach on quality service which am not getting. I have laid complaints and no action has been taken. If this issue is not resolved i will drop off your goods then we can handle the matter from there as i am tired of following up on people who are not taking any action to my request.
