Damaged Table

We ordered and payed for a Table and six chairs on 25 May. We weren't told that it would take 4-6 weeks. I phoned 2 weeks ago. Val said she would phone me back which she never did. Today my husband phoned and was told we can collect. When we go there the table was damaged and not even wrapped in bubble wrap. The workmanship on the chairs are poor. I thought they would wrap it so it could be transported. No one knows how the table got damaged. You expect us to pay for damaged goods. Is you service always this profesional Val? Now we have to wait for Monday. Don't do the sale if you are going to rip people off.
