Toy Black refuses to deliver relacement table

I bought a coffee table from Toy Black interiors in Plettenberg Bay, after a few months it was infested with borer beatle. I live 160 km away, but had to go there, so I took the table back, they repaired it and on my next trip to Plettenberg Bay I collected the table. After a few months we hed the same problem, Toy Black agreed to replace the table with a new one. They now refuse to deliver the new table to me and expect me to collect it or pay a courier to collect my new table and return their one.
