Management over-bearing

I always shop in sandton and never see assistants so hungary for a sale-its over whelming- The manager should not be that over bearing (if I recall his name is carl) and give the youngsters a chance with the clients!!! ---I was in the store Saturday morning (I live in JHB and visited the Jazz festival) and I was first helped by a coloured boy with a blue jeans and blue tshirt then the manager took over and assisted me while I was being assisted by the young guy. This is not professional at all! what type of management do you have in your cape Town stores??? I believe in the Diesel Brand and the friendly knowledgeable staff that work in their stores, but this is disgusting.
