Great customer service received from this young

Went to Benoni Lakeside Jam stores last month looking for Hemisphere jeans, was helped by Tebogo . who unfortunately did not have the size was looking, he phoned all the JAM Stores to get me the size, was referred to Northmead MALL Precious who was also waiting for us and we bought the jeans we were looking for.

We saw nice jackets there was no sizes for us again, Tebogo again after three weeks when they rcvd the new stock, he called me on Sat 20th to tell me that they have sizes now. I was shocked and at the same time impressed by the excellent service given by this young boy, I quickly rushed there the next day and my son was very impressed to have the jacket.

Keep it up the good work I will definetely refer others to that Jam Stores, this is the nicest inviroment to shop and the staff is also friendly.
