Be careful... Shady company

I hired baine marie 3 division
I took the equipment home switched it on at 4pm for my function by 7pm
The water did not get hot
The next day (saterday) I called the hiring company. The lady insist the equipment is working and I don't know how to use the unit.

On Monday I took the unit in and I told the owner the unit does not work
And he insists the unit is working and according to the contract I signed the unit is working.
I asked him which setting is on. On no. 4 or full and he says he was not sure.

I then told him I want my money or else I will sue him with all costs.

The owner and the two ladies in the office spoke in Afrikaans insulting me.

He then gave me my money
