New Generator from Bundu Power not working

I bought a new generator from Bundu Power on receiving it it was not working. We are 600 km from them and paid a lot of money to courier it to us. It appears that the unit was not tested before being dispatched, not working on arrival. We needed it desperately and spend many hours trying to get it working by phoning and speaking to technical department at Bundu. Eventually got it started but the starter battery was not charging. We had to buy new battery as the battery that came with unit was dead. The new battery also did not charge eventually after lots of struggling we gave up on the unit and paid to courier it back to Bundu as the owner refused to pay saying we signed the sale agreement. We had to pay for the repair and the courier fees back again. Hope it works when we get it back. I have learnt through this experience to buy else ware at a supplier who provides fair after sales service and takes responsibility for dispatching dysfunctional equipment.
