We got a quote from QUICK FIT CUPBOARDS from Hannes, then i had to phone back to them what needed to be changed. they never came back to me to ask if i am happy. i accepted the quote any how cause i wanted to upgrade the kitchen for my wife in time for our wedding anniversary.
I paid for everything upfront in cash! I have no problems in paying but i do not like the fact that i have
to run after them while i am giving them business.
the guys how build the cupboards into place was wonderful guys but, i had exact instructions on how i want things to be done, but they never notified the guys on wat needs to be done.
the communication of QUICK FIT CUPBOARDS from me to the fitters where not well done.
not to mention that they made a mistake on the top of my cupboards leaving it white, when they knew that i have an upstairs and it looks down to the kitchen. looks bad, but only wat they could do is cover it with a white board. and if i wanted the cherry wood color, guess wat, more money.
Hannes didnt even call me to ask me if the work has been done well or if we happy... NOTHING!!
i must admit one thing... very nicely done. we are happy, just sad at the after market service.
