Dishonest business man

Edwin the owner of Trh construction, approached me to spray paint 17 sqm of kitchen cupboards, for a kitchen he was renovating, we agreed on a price and he dropped off the wood. He agreed to pay me when he collected the the cupboards, I completed the work, he collected the cupboards saying he would pay me immediately, I agreed this would be ok, as this was the 2nd time he was using me.
This was on 14th june and he has not paid me yet, he does not answer my calls. I have waited in good faith that he would pay but sadly he is a dishonest, I would not recommend anyone work with him.
