What didn't go WRONG

Ordered a kitchen from Ucan't, Paid R17500 for 5 base units and a panty and as I am not much of a DIYer I asked them if they would deliver them ready built. Two weeks late - delivery. What follows can only be described as shocking. The cupboards were designed with all seeing sides every side was expensive melamine not just white even the inside of the oven BIC was expensive melamine, I was told that that's how they increased the price by 30%. Ok fine I was duped, but that's not where it ends. The pantry was flat pack I opened it no instructions I had no clue, two hinges and support feed where missing (these are DIY cupboards by the way). One of the cupboards that had to show the expensive melamine was white. When ordering the cupboards I specifically spoke to the manager regarding the fact that the pantry should not have any screws showing as it was visible from the dining room, but to my dismay I could see 6 heads on each side - I was subsequently told to put those white things over the heads, yes that works nicely with cherry wood don't it. I had to fork out another 1000 to buy to panels to cover the end which I was promised would not show screws. Draws didn't work.
