Long story short; the owner made a booking over mine (double booked) and when I arrived she insisted on moving me to 2 other consultants other than the one I booked. When I asked for the consultant I made a booking with she became irritated and remarked that she did not have time for "this" because she had a rough day and just flew in from Durban. She continued talking past me and made arrangements with consultants on my behalf without consulting or considering me. When I told her that I was unhappy about her arrangements, she told me I had the option of getting someone else to assist me or... and she opened the door to usher me out.
In shock and horror I left and continued doing my shopping in Tygervalley Centre to later bump into the consultant (Liesl) with whom I originally made the booking. Poor Liesl looked like she cried and she apologised profusely for what happened and told me that Jeanne's behaviour (Lisa's boss) was unacceptable.
I sent emails to DNB Head Office CEO, Esna Colyn 012 621 3300 & staff; [Email Removed] requesting an apology from Jeanne. Esna and her team responded saying they'd follow up but no correspondence since, I think this is disgusting!
