On the 25'th I contact the CC to hear about my order since it had not been delivered and was told it would arrive later that day. I contact your CC again on the 26'th to hear about my order and I am told "we are having issues with our distribution but your order should arrive later ". I decide to contact Natasha Arnoldi, my customer service liaison to find out if I need to make alternative arrangements for the stock and am told "it's still early so you can't assume you won't be receiving your stock today". 27'th still no delivery I contact Natasha again but hear a voice mail telling me she is on leave. Exasperated I contact the CC and talk to a supervisor named Janine who tells me my order was supposed to be recaptured which it was not but will get my stock late Wed or early Thur. My Ref No was 36655693.Thursday I contact Janine to hear about my order to be told it might come Saturday. I cancelled the order and made alternative arrangements. I was to and passed from pillar to post. Is my business insignificant to you? This is poor service. Please can someone get back to me and tell me the TRUTH this time?
