HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE

I HAVE ORDERED MY TABLET FROM FNB WHO TOLD ME THAT DIGITAL PLANET WILL CONTACT ME SHORTLY TO ARRANGE DELIVERY... TODAY IS DAY 7 (WORKING DAY) AFTER MY ORDER WAS PLACE, DID NOT HEAR A WORD OF THEM YET. I PHONED THEM TO ASK HOW FAR THE PROCES IS THEY SAY THEY ARE STIL WAITING ON THE STOCK... NOW YOU TELL ME DOES IT TAKE OVER 7 DAYS TO GET STOCK FOR YOUR CUSTOMER? And why should the customer make contact if it's the courier companies responsibility, this is unprofessional!!!
