Pest control that doesn't work and won't refund

We phoned kill a bug to exterminate fish moths in which they garaunteed their poison would exterminate our fish moth problem. After numerous time of arriving late for set up appointments or not pitching up at all And having them fumigate our house we still have a problem with fish moths. They have now offered to only refund us R500 instead of R800 that we originally paid and have still taken over a month to refund which we still haven't received. After my wife calling numerous times I decided to call and ask for the full refund. I got through to a youngster who told me if I am really in need of R500 then I have serious problems. I then proceeded to tell him to expect a lawyers letter in a few weeks and he laughed to which hayley took the phone And explained to me that her reason for not paying yet is that she hasn't had the time. I said that's fine but I would like the full refund. She told me because of her cost of fuel and poison she will not refund the full amount. I asked her when she returns something to pick n pay does she accept half a refund? She never answered. I then said I would try get my full refund another way.
