Refund Probem

I have booked accommodation with Africa Scuba Travel & Select Africa Safaris on the 1st October 2013, And the person that assist me was Lindelani Mulaudzi. She did sent me the invoice and i did pay in full.
Due to work pressure and commitments i had to cancel my vacation. Lindelani told me it will be a 50% cancellation fee. I told her that is fine she can take it and refund me on the balance.
I'm still waiting for my refund, after numerous emails and phone calls to her and her Manager. They told me it will get paid but i am still awaiting my refund. It is one and a half month later and still no refund. I am very unhappy with this service.
