I have been chasing a refund due to me by Cityslickers since January 10, 2013 and each time, am promised that the refund will be processed by the end of the week. It is now a full month later and I don't even get responses to my emails. Shocking service. I paid for a product which I did not receive and I expect my monies refunded to me in full.
