SA Weather Service: Product not working

SA Weather service: Storm Map (Region) for Secunda is not correct, Secunda is not even on the map. This storm map used to be correct until sometime in December '12 when it changed to a wrong map display.

This is an EXPENSIVE monthly subscription service, I have sent SAWS numerous messages since December via their website contact link (Only way I found to contact them) but have not had any reply or response, and the product is still not working.

SAWS FAIL!
