SAWS weather forecasting website is rubbish

The South African Weather Service is an ISO certified organisation. How can they explain the wildly inaccurate discrepancies between the one week summary and the Seven Days Detailed Forecast on their own website for given locations.
Small wonder that for accurate information one has no choice but to go to international weather forecasting sites. Certified, they should be, castigated they must be.
Their pathetic effort has been in place ever since they resumed control of their site earlier this year.
Does no-one in that organisation ever actually look at the rubbish they are disseminating?
We, the taxpayers, fund that organisation - WHY?
