Outstanding product gaurantee

I purchased the Base Camp 3 person tent for extreme weather conditions a few months ago and didn't get to use it any bad weather until this last month. During the trip, we had heavy rains and the tent ground sheet leaked, so I took the tent back to CUM & then replaced it straight away! I shop there regularly and am a fussy customer, but when a product does not live up to its intended use CUM back their gaurantees continuously. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to buy there products in preference to their competitors!
